Teaching Materials

Here is a collection of some of my favourite teaching materials, all made by myself.

Feel free to download them and use them in your classes. [WORK IN PROGRESS]

Euphemisms

Euphemisms are always a fun subject to teach. In addition to sharing common euphemisms with my students, it’s also fun to have them come up with their own euphemisms for certain subjects.

British vs American English

“Do you have a rubber?” said the Thai student to the American teacher.

So & Such

Knowing how to use so & such correctly can be tricky for those learning English as a second language. These materials made understanding the difference between so & such a little easier for my students.

Complaint Letter

A reading comprehension based activity in which students complete the complaint letter using the provided vocabulary. True or false questions test their understanding of the text.

Common Mistakes

These worksheets are based on the most common English mistakes I encountered while teaching in Thailand.

Below is a gallery of real life examples.
